The coast has always been a place for reflection and quiet moments with its sweeping views, natural elements, and iconic wildlife. Find this series of murals along and around Boscombe beach, created and inspired by local writers and their poetic response to the coast.

Community writers and artists

The Outsiders’ Project works with the unheard and marginalised members of the community of Boscombe to create authentic art of exceptional quality. For each mural in this series, you’ll find a piece of creative writing by a member of The Outsiders’ Project that inspired the artwork that frames it.
