Trail information

Set along our varied coastline of beaches, quays, heathland, and parks across Bournemouth, Christchurch, and Poole are a series of new UK Government-funded artworks. These artworks are themed on the ‘identity’ of the heritage and communities in which they are placed.

From the lively history of Mudeford to the creative collectives of Bournemouth to the natural beauty of Poole, the pieces showcase our people and places. This trail will help you delve deeper into the stories behind the art.

This trail will be updated as new artworks are created and installed from Spring 2025 to Spring 2026.

We recommend that you dip in and out of this trail, as it covers about 15 miles of coastline!
